Combine all ingredients into a large ziploc bag and mix well. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate over night. Cook on grill over low to medium heat. Turn every 5 minutes basting with marinade each time. Cook 45 minutes on covered grill. DISCARD...any unused marinade.
