An old family dessert
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, flour, milk and lemon juice. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Place dish in pan of hot water and bake 30 - 45 minutes at 350. Should be browned on top. Leave sitting in water when out of oven.
