Great cold saketini!
Muddle lemon juice with sugar cube (or 2 cubes, to taste).
Shake with ice, sake and Cointreau.
Strain into martini glass and garnish with lemon slice.

For this drink you want a clean, bright, dry sake. The original recipe suggested the brewed-in-America Momokawa Diamond, which does quite well, but any dry sake without too much fruitiness would work.
