Great for family gathering or pot luck.
First Layer
1. Dissolve jello in hot water. When thickened, add marshmallows, pineapple, and bananas. Put in a 9x13 glass dish.
2. Refrigerate until set.
Second Layer
1. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make one cup. Add egg, sugar, flour and cook until thick. Let cool
2. Fold whipped cream into mix and spread on top of jello mix.
3. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
