1. Prepare wild rice with butter, salt and 2 cups of chicken broth (save 1/2 cup for later). Mix in chopped parsley, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
2. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. When onions are cooked, then add shrimp and chopped garlic. When shrimp is ready, set this aside.
3. Combine shrimp, onions, and lemon juice with rice in medium sized bowl. Then garnish with green onions. Use remaining chicken brother to thin down the mixture, as desired.
