Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pan, boil chicken with parsley, onion, green pepper, garlic, and celery. Salt and pepper to taste.
While the chicken is cooking, blend 3 eggs with the juice from 2 lemons.
When chicken is cooked through, remove the chicken from the broth. Slowly add the egg/lemon mix to the broth while stirring constantly. As soon as the broth boils again remove all the vegetables. Add back the chicken and warm the soup again while stirring.
