Place first 9 ingred in bowl, in order. Beat at low for 1 min, stopping to scrape down sides. Beat at med for 2 min. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10 in tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 30 min, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on wire rack. Drizzle w/lemon glaze.
Glaze:Stir together first 3 ingred beginning w/powdered sugar, until glaze is smooth.
Serve w/sweetened strawberries
