Boil the spaghetti for 6 minutes; add the broccoli and boil for another 4 minutes until both are tender.
Mix the shallots, olives, capers, tuna, lemon juice and zest in a roomy bowl. Drain the pasta and broccoli
and mix into the tuna mixture. Add lots if black pepper and the olive oil. Serve.
