Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400oF, prepare pans. Sift flour, b/pd. & cinnamon, stir in sugar & lemon rind. Lightly beat the oil, eggs, yogurt & milk together. Add dry mix to wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans, sprinkle with topping, bake for 15-20 min or until golden & well risen.
