1) Preheat the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas Mark 2-3). Live a baking tray with baking paper. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg yolks, lemon zest, flour and cornmeal until they form a ball of soft dough. Roll put on a lightly floured surface to 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick.
2) Cut put stars from the dough using a 3 cm (1 1/4 inch) star-shaped cutter. Place on the tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack and dust with the icing sugar.
