Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350f. Spray 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; mix well. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, butter, lemon peel and lemon juice; blend well. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in zucchini. Spread batter in spray-coated pan. Bake at 350f for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
