Wash. Use fork to make holes on the wings; dry
Chop the lemongrass as small as possible
Mix all sauce and put into bag with wings
Heat up the pan with little oil, high heat but lower back to small/medium
Thick skin side down for 2.5 mins, close lid; turn for another 2.5 mins; turn back to thick side for 2 mins, close lid for 2 mins
