2. Place the flour in a shallow dish and dredge the chicken until coated on all sides; shake off excess.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook 4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove chicken and cover to keep it warm.
4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add 1/2 cup of the broth to the pan and bring to a boil. Use a wooden spoon to scrape any brown bits from the bottom of the pan and cook 1 minute more.
5. Add lemon slices to pan along with the remaining 1/4 cup broth and lemon juice. Turn the heat to high and cook, stirring, until the liquid is reduced to a syrupy glaze, about 2 minutes.
6. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter until melted. Drizzle the sauce over the cutlets.
7. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
