Add the spinach and lemon zest to a medium non-stick pan. Cook for 3-5 min until the spinach has wilted. Drain and squeeze out excess water. (I do this by putting it into a colander and pressing down with a fork or the back of a spoon).
Return the drained spinach to the pan, stir in the cream cheese and mix to completely cover the spinach.
Add some black pepper to taste and serve directly from the pan, while still hot.

Se adauga spanacul si coaja de lamaie la o tigaie medie. Timp de 3-5 min, se fierbe pana cand spanacul e ofilit. Se scurge excesul de apa. (Eu fac acest lucru punându-l într-o strecuratoare ?i apasând în jos, cu o furculi?a sau spatele unei linguri).
Întoarcere spanacul scurs la tigaie, se amesteca crema (cream cheese) ?i se amesteca pentru a acoperi complet spanacul.
Adauga piper negru dupa gust si serveste direct din tigaie, fierbinte.
