Place everything in Ninja AutoIQ slowcooker and mix to blend. Set Grain program to setting 7 and start. Setting 7 will run about 20-25 minutes. Use setting 8 for doubling recipe (2 cups quinoa, etc), or setting 9 for tripling (3 cups quinoa, etc). Allow to sit after cooking to thicken.
