2. Add garlic, cumin, tomato paste, tomatoes, 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil. Season with salt and pepper
3. Turn down heat and simmer for 10minutes
4. Add lentils, cook for further 5mins
5. Meanwhile, prepare pasta and toss with sauce when ready.
