Easy & quick lentil patty recipe
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat half the oil in a large non-stick pan on medium heat.
Fry the onion until golden - about 10 minutes.
Mix the the fried onion, oats, flour, lentils, tomato paste and raw egg in a large mixing bowl.
Heat the rest of the oil in the pan on a high heat.
Add a tablespoon of the lentil mixture to the hot pan.
Wait a few minutes for the mixture to firm up, and flip to crisp up the other side.
