Robins Lentil Soup
in a large soup pot, heat the oil over med.- high heat:
add garlic, onions, celery, carrots and potatoes : saute for 7 minutes until tender, adding the tamari and half seasonings while sauteing.
Add the water and lentils. Cook over med. heat until it boils:
reduce heat, and cook for 1 hour. Add remaining seasoning to taste.
cooke for 1 more hour. Add tomatoes about 1/2 before serving.
Add Chopotle Tabasco sauce when serving with fresh sourdough bread
