Suggest a better descriptionIn a pan of water, boil lentils with whole garlic (with skin), chorizo (whole) and onions until soft.
Lower flame and discard onion.
Take out the chorizo and slice.
Heat oil in another pan, brown crushed garlic, add chopped onion, tomato sauce, knorr cube, a pinch of pepper, sliced chorico and extra water.
Let it boil and pour into lentil saucepan.
Lower flame and let it simmer for awhile.
