Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil and add onion, stir few mins.
Add leek, carrot, parsley root, garlic and ginger and stir for 10 mins (add hot water when needed). Add some spices.
Add vegetable broth and soaked lentils. Cook for 15 min.
Add buckwheat and cook for 5 min.
Add millet and cook for 10 min.
Add spices, parsley and corn starch dissolved in water.
Cook for another 5-10 min.
