Chop onion
Chop tomatoes and garlic and put them in the same bowl
Put lentils in the pot with just enough water.
When the lentils boil add onions.
Add garlic and tomatoes and decrease the heat.
Then add one table spoon of vinegar.
Add a teaspoon of oregano, a tablespoon of salt
Add 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Let them for at least 25 mins.
