This came with my meatloaf pan and it is now our favorite meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl put in all ingredients except topping and meat. Let sit for awhile and then mix well. Now add ground chuck and mix till combined but not over mixed. Put in 9x13 loaf pan.
Mix topping ingredients together. ( I leave out onions and double topping ingredients because my family likes it that way.)
Cover meatloaf well.
Put in oven for 1 hour ( I have to do 2 hours because it doesn't get anywhere near done in one hour. But that's what recipe said.)
When meatloaf is done transfer to platter and let rest 10 before serving.
Hope you enjoy!
It is easy and delicious. One of my comfort foods. I'm not a meatloaf fan but I love this one. Give it a try.
