Wash and separate lettuce. Let dry.
In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients, and meat and soak for 30 minutes.
Using cooking instructions, heat oil on high, add ginger, and garlic, stir for a little while.
Add marinaded meat and stir until meat is halfed cooked, approx 2 to 3 invites.
Add the pepper, water chestnuts and oyster sauce. Cookon medium heat until meat is cooked, approx 3 to 4 minutes.
Add egg and green onion, stir for 30 seconds.
Turn off heat.
Lay out lettuce leaves, put 1 to 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce on each leaf and spoon topping onto leaf.
Fold leaf like a taco and enjoy.
