Suggest a better descriptionCook chicken in a large skillet over medium high heat, cooking just enough to break up meat. Add onion, garlic, soy, hoisin, ginger, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Cook until meat is brown. Add water chestnuts, pine nuts and green onions. Cook about 3 minutes or until onions begin to wilt. Stir in sesame oil. Add additional liquids during cooking for desired taste.
Sauce:
Dissolve sugar in water in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
Combine 1 tablespoon hot mustard and water.
