Back in the 1960's, my Mother made these pies. They are still my favorite. Mother would make her own crust, though, and line the outside edge of the pie with vanilla wafers.
Combine Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice, vanilla and almond. Mix well. Add Cool Whip (fold it in) Spoon into pie crusts, then spoon and spread pie filling on each pie. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. (May be served immediatly if desired.)
