Suggest a better descriptionCombine applesauce/yogurt and sugar. Add egg and bananas. Beat in flour, soda and salt (sift these together first). Add nuts. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until a toothpick (or knife) inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool at least 10 minutes and remove from loaf pan. Makes 1 good size loaf.
