Simple Flat Bread served with Hummus
1. Place Flour, Yeast, and salt into a mixing bowl
2. Add water, Oil and beat for one minute. Add fresh oregano
3. Dough will be sticky
4. Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes
5. Preheat cast iron
5. Divide into 4 , scale amount so each is even weight
6. Roll into 6 inch diameter
7. Cook in hot pan on each for one minute about, very light brown
If you want to make Whole Wheat add 1/2 cup for regular flour
