Simple waffle recipe
Source: Adapted from "Light 'n Crisp Waffles" recipe in ~1
Plug in waffle iron and start it heating to the desired temperature. Whisk all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat eggs in a bowl, and add oil and milk and beat again. Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk until all almost all lumps are gone. Ladle batter into hot waffle iron making sure not to overfill each waffle. When done to desired brownness serve immediately while still hot and crispy.
