Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, and place a cooling rack on top of the foil.
Lay the bacon strips on the rack, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until desired crispness.
To assemble the wraps: spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each wrap and layer 2 lettuce leaves, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 slices of tomato.
Roll up like a burrito, slice in half and eat immediately.
