Suggest a better descriptionI used 1 from the pre-made box that has 2 crusts in it - the Pillsbury Pie Crust. Roll into a 14" circle. *NOTE Pour 1 can of Comstock light cherry pie filling into center of crust leaving a border. Gently fold crust over filling. Brush with an egg wash (I used egg beaters with 1 tsp water). Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 deg F for about 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. This was good.
