Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 8-inch square pan. Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Whisk half and half and eggs together. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Stir in oil. Pour into prepared pan. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let corn bread cool.
