Heat the spinach in saucepan or microwave. Drain and press extra moisture out.
Heat the oil in skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about a minute. In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, milk, cheese, flour and salt. Stir into the onion in skillet. Cook until sauce is bubbly and thick. Stir spinach into sauce and serve.
