Suggest a better descriptionPlace berries, orange juice, lemon juice and Equal into a food processor or blender and mix on high until pureed. Fold into cool whip with a spatula until thoroughly mixed. Spoon into parfait cups or dessert bowls and top with fresh kiwi fruit slices and more cool whip. For Variation: Instead of folding the pureed berries into the cool whip, fold into a half gallon of Healthy Choice Vanilla Ice Cream. Spoon into a rebaked pie shell and freeze for 2 hours. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with fresh kiwi fruit slices. Serve while frozen.
