Suggest a better descriptionCut chicken into 4-5 ounce pieces. Dip Chicken in beaten egg, then drudge with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Mix tomato sauce and garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until thick. Stir in butter. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with a pinch or Parmesan cheese per chicken portion. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer. serve over pasta.
