4. Leave dough covered for 15 minutes
5. Spread over baking sheet with excess olive oil; essentially bathing it in the oil, turning dough around, and massage dough with fingers
6. Wait until dough rises
7. Cover with more olive oil
8. Use fingers to make the unique holes
9. Pour on a mix of salt and water
10. Let sit 40 minutes for holes to hold shape
11. Bake
12. When done, spread more oil over
