Small meatloafs
In a bowl, beat the egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well. Shape into eight loaves, place in a greased 13in x 9in x 2 in baking dish. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and MUSTARD; spoon over loaves. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Needs to be 160 internal temp.
Once cooked each loaf can be frozen individually.
