Suggest a better descriptionIn large saute pan, heat oil and butter.
Saute onion, peppers, garlic and celery until soft
Put in spices one at a time, stirring
Add breadcrumbs with chicken stock until dish reaches a soft, moist consistency
Add the black olives
Put into baking pan and bake @ 250 degrees for 1/2 hour
DONE!
NOTE: You can make a dip with remaining contents of heart and gizzard containers. Saute contents with basil and a little onions and garlic. Mash or puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers or chips.
