This is the famous Vodka sauce
Saute onion and garlic for 7 minutes in oil and butter
Add garlic and saute for 1 minute
Add paste, sauce, basil, oregano and red pepper. Stir well. Bring to simmer.
Add 1 Cup Vodka. Stir. Bring back to simmer/boil.
Add heavy cream until color is cream.
Boil Penne for 6 minutes or until al dente per package directions
Add one ladle of pasta water to sauce.
Drain pasta.
Add 2/3 sauce to pasta.
Reserve 1/3 sauce to top pasta when serving.
