Suggest a better descriptionUse large bowl. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over jello, stir until dissolved. Chop up chunks of cream cheese and mash it up in the jello (all of the cheese will not dissolve) it will float around in little chunks, this is correct. You may use beaters to break it up if you prefer. Now add the crushed pineapple and stir. Next add the cream that has been whipped to whipped cream stage. Last, add 1 1/2 cups walnuts (more if desired). Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan or mold. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 545 by "Diane Geary."
