Lime jello, ice cream and cream cheese. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add to blender.
Add cream cheese and drained pears. Cover and blend until smooth, 30 seconds.
Add ice cream and blend until smooth, a minute or two.
You can pour into a mold or bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy.
Use jello brand gelatin. Tried it with other flavors, but lime works the best.
