Cut off wing tips. (Can be used to make stock - 1 cup water to 1lb chicken)
Cook wings on round bacon crisper in microwave and drain off fat.
In food processor with knife in place :- drop garlic through feed tube (while machine is running) to mince.
Add remaining ingredients for sauce and process a few seconds to blend.
Pour sauce over cooked wings in a casserole dish.
Cover and bake 325deg. For 1 hour.
Freezes well in zip lock bags
