Prepare veggies
Season to taste
Add Olive Oil
Add vinegar to taste (about 3/4 to 1 ratio cider vinegar to oil)
Toss salad and mix well.
Note: if using onions omit onion powder
I apologize that I don't have precise measurements. I was given this recipe to just season to taste. I recommend adding seasonings gradually (you can always add more). You will need more vinegar than you think. And a lot more seasoning. I use a couple "shakes" from seasoning bottles to start then add more as needed. If you feel it's missing something start by adding extra salt & pepper, then an extra splash of vinegar. The original recipe called for Accent seasoning (which is msg so I substitute with salt).
