Chop Fresh Parsley
Chop 1 Fresh Garlic Clove
Drain 3 - 8oz cans Minced Clams (keep juice)
In a large skillet, add 1/4 cup olive oil and chopped garlic clove. Saute
Add liquid from clams, chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons white wine, 1 teaspoon dry basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir, cook 10 minutes.
Add Clams, stir.
Add Linguine, stir, top dish with grated parm cheese.
