Suggest a better description1) In a non-reactive large saute pan, heat oil over medium heat.
2) Add shallots, garlic, and chili and saute 2 minutes (be careful not to brown).
3) Add clams, and wine, cook 1 minute.
4) Add clam juice and butter, raise heat and bring to a boil.
5) Add cooked pasta and parsley and toss.
6) Serve.
Obtain proper quantity for shallots in this recipe.
