Cook linguine, omit salt in water. Drain and set aside
Pour olive oil into a small skillet over medium - high heat. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic and saute 2 min more. Stir in flour and cook 1 min. Whisk in hot clam juice mixture and stir until thickened. add drained clams and parsley and cook until clams are heated through.
Divide past into 4 equal portions, spoon sauce over pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve
