Boild the noodles. Saute the galic and onion in oiluntil tender. Add the wine, broth and canned clams. Bring to almost boiling. Add the cream cheese. Blend together. Drain the noodles, pour sauce over all noodles. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, parsley aand pepper.
