Cook Pasta according to package directions.
In medium saucepan, lightly brown garlic in hot oil.
Remove from heat and add parsley, pepper, salt, lemon juice and juice from clams. Set clam meat aside.
cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add Clam meat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour over hot pasta and toss.
