Saute garlic in oil until golden brown. Add clam juice, wine, oregano, basil, lemon juice, and chopped green onions.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Add clams and thicken with 2 tsp. corn starch mixed with water. Just before serving add minced parsley.
Serve over linguine with bread and a salad.
