It is the topping that makes this so good.
1) Mix Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar in large bowl.
2) In separate bowl, beat eggs slightly, add margarine, banana, vanilla and sour cream
3) Blend wet ingredients into dry.
Bake in greased 9X13 pan for 30 minutes
Spread with topping and broil for 2 minutes
TOPPING: Mix together butter, brown sugar, milk, coconut and pecans and spread onto cake once out of oven.
The topping is essential but don't spread it until the cake is done.
