A moist and delicious quickbread, perfect for Fall
In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
In a seperate bowl, mix by hand the oil, eggs, pumpkin, and water.
Combine with the dry ingredients.
Bake in 9x5 loaf pans in a 350 oven for 90 minutes, checking after 1 hour.
This recipe has gotten rave reviews. Good with cream cheese or apple butter and a mug of mulled cider.
Can also be baked for 50 minutes in 8 little loaf pans, or in muffin tins (makes 36).
Freezes well.
